Interview Process

  • Gather references from candidates.

 

Finalize Process

  • Review candidates with clients, carefully evaluating strengths and weaknesses of each.
  • Help in preparation of offer and negotiate with candidate, if requested.
  • Check references and prepare a report, if requested.
  • Extend offer to candidate and obtain verbal acceptance, if requested.
