Unlike the majority of the industry’s Recruiters, Patricia has enjoyed a successful career in professional Sales, prior to Recruiting, and brings those skills to her recruit endeavors. This gives her clients the benefit of having their company’s presented to a prospective candidate in the best possible light. Her experience and proficiency increases the acceptance of offers, reduces the surprises often associated with the interview process, and her sales background enables her to read the candidate; “not only from what they say, but from what they don’t say”.
Patricia is also skilled at NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and uses skill based interviewing techniques. When Claudio Nicolini, (Technical Director) was asked why he uses her to search for his people he answered, “Because she leaves no stone unturned. She searches until she finds someone that fits my needs”.
