Patricia started recruiting in 1997 with a local search
firm, and quickly proved herself to be hardworking and eager to learn
and take on any challenge.
Patricia has focused her recruiting career in technical,
business development and engineering positions, eventually evolving
into a specialist in Civil and related engineering fields. She
is a technical recruiter who has placed candidates from the bench in
a lab to the boardroom, with educations ranging from Bachelor of science
to Post Doctoral. She is very strong identifying and matching
up candidates within the environments they work best, and states that
she believes the most successful placements come when a recruiter feels
responsibility to both client, and candidate.
She has an uncanny skill of getting right to the heart
of a project and coming up with the perfect candidate in record time.
