of losing the opening to another recruiter. An agreed upon time
frame is attached to this agreement, and you retain your contingency
status as to payment.

- We perform retained searches when time, confidentiality and
focus are essential. In a retained search you get a recruiter
who is dedicated to filling your position. Their time is dedicated
to only your search and a contract with guaranteed fulfillment in
a specific time, is signed. We offer a variety of options to
meet the specific needs of your search.
